General Info/Summary

1. You can contact me via email: [email protected] or per Twitter or Instagram message.

2. Please provide a short description of what you would like to commission when messaging (for example: a bust portrait sketch + additional details).

3. After we discussed and agreed to the pricing, payment is due upfront via paypal. I will provide you with a link for payment (Please note that I will only start with the commission after I’ve received the payment).

4. Please be ready to provide as much reference/information for your character as needed (as possible). Face claims, pose reference, your own or other artworks of the character, mood boards, descriptions etc. Don’t feel shy about providing your own sketch if needed to get a certain idea across.
Please also have an expression and a pose in mind for your character, as well as any clothing references. I love getting extra information about the character’s personality as it helps me with understanding your vision for them and bringing them to life.

5. Next I will send you a rough sketch for approval or changes. I'd ask you to discuss all major changes with me during that stage (big changes at a later stage might require much more effort and additional payment). If things are set, I move on to the lineart and the colouring.

6. During the whole process I might contact you for feedback on specific parts.

7. In the end you get individual high-res files for each character via e-mail.

Terms and conditions

I reserve the right to decline any commissions I personally feel uncomfortable drawing. If you’re unsure about anything feel free to ask!Turnaround time for commissions is 1-4 weeks but may change depending on my workload. If you need the drawing done before a certain date please let me know asap.The piece you receive will be digital and emailed to you. Not a physical copy.Commissioned images are for personal use only (which means you can still share it as a private person online – preferably with credit – and print it for your private use but you cannot make money off of my work). If you’d like me to draw something for commercial use please message me and we can discuss further.Payment is always handled via Paypal and all prices are in €.Once payment is made and I’ve begun working on the commission it is non-refundable. However, if I am unable to complete the commission for any kind of reason, you will be refunded in full.I reserve the right to use the commissioned piece in my portfolio or on my social media, If you are uncomfortable with me sharing the commission please let me know beforehand.
